Terms & Conditions

Payment Condition:

• All the services attract a GST (18%) except food, venue & stay (tax structure as per actual).
• Payment condition of hotel will be according to hotel teams.


Cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation of services 30 days in advance would be refundable except 10%
• 100% cancellation and no refund on cancellation within 30 days of wedding day.


Mode of Payment:

• Payments can be done via Credit Card or Bank transfers, we presently accept Master and Visa Card only.

• Payments made using Credit Card would be levied with 2.5% extra for domestic and 4% for International, which goes to bank transaction charges.


Refunds :

After confirmation/ commencement of conference/event, no refund (in full or part) will be given for services included in the offer that are not utilized.
There will be no renegotiations on the final amount agreed, under any circumstances, whatsoever, after the event is over.

All information contained in this document is confidential and intended for disclosure to the Client alone and is not to be revealed or provided to third parties.

All business is conducted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, the full text of which is available on request from our office. All clients doing business with “Desert Pearl Entertainment” will be deemed to have read and accepted to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.
