Niyati and her team Desert Pearl did an amazing job with our wedding at Udaipur Rajasthan. We hired Niyati and her team to act as "the month of" wedding coordinators, which meant she helped me every step of the way for the last month before our wedding. She eased so many of my nerves and was extremely helpful and creative. I could've saved a lot of agony by hiring her the day after I was engaged. Niyati is is extremely organized, creative, resourceful, responsive and she has excellent taste. She also wasn't afraid to tell me when I had a BAD idea, which is such a rare and valuable quality in someone who is working together with you to help create your most perfect day. Niyati is well poised and presents herself and her team with a strong sense of confidence and capableness. She never lost her cool and managed all the vendors (and we had A LOT of vendors) with great skill and class. We met and booked most vendors during the first two months but then I started feeling completely overwhelmed thinking of how our wedding would come together. I convinced my fiancé (now husband) to at least consider the idea of a coordinator.

From our first meeting with Niyati (Who actually Met through google).We hired Desert Pearl for wedding coordination and styling 8 months prior to our wedding day; and we received so much support and assistance over those 8 months! From attending décor meetings with us on call , creating an inspiration board, revising multiple itinerary drafts, vendor referrals, to coordinating the month/week and day of wedding.

We hired Desert Pearl for our wedding day planning at JW Marriott Jaipur, but what we got was so much more help planning before the actual day. We spent a lot of time the schedule, and making sure everything was perfect, and it really was the perfect day…. from beginning to end. Our coordinator DP team was exactly the company we were looking for. I wanted someone who could take charge during a stressful situation and get THINGS DONE like a boss. Team is calm and collected, but not shy (not to mention super friendly, super ORGANIZED and so kind!) Niyati managed to get everything together and never showed signs of distress throughout the day which really helped me with my nerves. The setup of the entire venue was great how I had planned and imagined it, and they executed it perfectly! Thank you so much .

You were right there, helping out wherever and whenever needed. Niyati listened to us from the start and took into considerations what we wanted from the beginning. If she did not have exactly what we wanted, she went out of her way to make sure we were pleased. The decor turned out better than we could have expected. We wanted a magical evening under the stars, and that is what it looked like. She was flexible in the days leading up to the wedding, as well as on the day itself with changing small details. I can't tell you how happy I was with the service, not to mention the stress relief. having a destination wedding was a dream that i knitted and what came out as a beautiful outcome was a gift from our wedding planners.
